1:34Now PlayingTwo Georgia congressional Republicans have introduced impeachment resolutions against U.S. District Judge Eleanor Ross, a federal judge in Atlanta who was disciplined after an investigation found she had sex with a police officer in her chambers, attended a partisan political event and lied to investigators.
Reps. Clay Fuller and Andrew Clyde filed the resolutions, with Clyde saying Ross "must be impeached and removed from the bench." Ross received only a private reprimand following the investigation.
It is now up to the House Judiciary Committee to decide whether to start impeachment proceedings.
