YouTube Description
as posted by the channelAtlanta rideshare drivers rallied Thursday against Waymo's expansion, saying autonomous vehicles are already cutting into their earnings. "The rate at which they've been coming into this market, they could easily within a space of the next few years replace all drivers," said Bob Chouhan, co-leader of the Atlanta Rideshare Drivers Union.
Uber acknowledged autonomous vehicles will displace workers but said it is working on transitions for those affected. Not everyone at the rally agreed, with at least one Waymo supporter saying he prefers the service.
