as posted by the channelDefendant Dr. Ingolf Tuerk (aka "Harry") is a prominent Dover surgeon awaiting trial in Norfolk County, Massachusetts who is charged with 1st degree m*rder in the 2020 death of his wife, 45 year old Katie McLean, mother of 3. Tuerk allegedly confessed to ch*king his wife to death after an argument, according to the criminal complaint. The trial is scheduled to commence on 3/25/25.
Tuerk was a renowned urologist who specializes in robotic surgery and was once featured on a hospital's billboard in Boston, but he was charged in 2019 with medical billing fraud by Attorney General Maura Healey. The case was settled, but he was terminated by the hospital in early 2020.
The trial had been assigned to Judge Beverly Cannone, but has recently been transferred to another Judge (Mark Hallal). Many of the same players from the Karen Read case are involved with this case, including MSP Troopers Michael Proctor, Bukhenik, Tully, Fanning, Guarino, Dicicco & others. Attorney Kevin Reddington, who also represented Jennifer McCabe in the Read case, is representing Dr. Tuerk.
