6:59Now Playing"Rules?! There aren't any." - Rob Seex
Liz Barker attends the famous Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling event in Gloucestershire. The age old event sees groups of intrepid cheese lovers chase a wheel of Double Gloucestershire - which can reach speeds of up to 70 miles per hour - down more than 200 yards of the impossibly steep hillside.
Before she takes part in the event, Liz chats to Master of Ceremonies Rob Seex, competitor Craig and Jim from St John's Ambulance - who informs her about the frequency and severity of injuries that he typically sees in the race every year. Finally, Liz meets the winner of the women's race, Dionne Carter.
