They call them twitchers; birdwatchers who dash from place to place ticking off rare species in the manner of someone collecting out of town car number plates. The eponymous Birdman of Jackson - aka Jim Vardaman - is the champion birdwatcher of the whole world, but can he beat the British record of 252 species spotted in 24 hours?
Using nothing but his natural talent, a private jet, two helicopters, four assistants, a £1,000 telescope and a man called Big Jake, Vardaman sets out to show the Limeys a thing or two. Hot damn!
