It was the third year in a row Melania Trump participated in arts and crafts activities celebrating Valentine's Day with young patients, their caretakers and families.
She decorated cookies, made cards and heart wreaths with children, at one point waving to parents who were watching from a balcony.
The First Lady was presented with flowers and a framed card before she handed out her own Valentine's cards to the children.
