Sep 4, 20201:37Now PlayingWhen asked about President Donald Trump's suggestion that his supporters try to vote twice in the election, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden made the sign of the cross.
He blasted President Donald Trump for suggesting tactics like delaying the election or convincing voters that write-in ballots are fraudulent.
"I think it's all designed to create so much chaos that no matter what the outcome of the election is, that it's thrown up in the air," he said during a wide-ranging news conference on Friday.
Biden also vowed to take action against any country that attempt to interfere with the U.S. election in November.
"Any country engaged in any activity to de-legitimize or impact on American elections is a direct violation of our sovereignty," he said. "And if I am president of the United States, there will be a response."
