1:49Now PlayingDemocratic U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio, on the Senate floor on Tuesday, criticized some of his Republican colleagues for not using masks enough.
Brown asked Alaska Republican Dan Sullivan, who was presiding over the Senate, to wear a mask.
When Sullivan said he doesn't wear a mask when he speaks, Brown replied that there isn't much interest in the U.S. Senate in public health.
Brown also accused Republican Senators of giving President Trump more chances to create chaos before he leaves office and urged them to stand up to the president, saying that Americans had voted for stability and "you don't have to play along with the tweets and the chaos and the crazy anymore."
The Senate adjourned at the end of Brown's comments without any comment from Republicans.
