President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Tuesday that "sanctions are not enough" and Ukraine is preparing new actions against Russia.

"As long as Russia's aggression continues, Russia's losses must be felt," said Zelenskyy in his nightly video-address.

"Every day, Russian terrorists hit our towns and villages with rockets and 'shaheds'. Almost every night, dozens of drones and various types of missiles are destroyed in the Ukrainian sky. Unfortunately, there are hits. There are falling debris. And invariably, our rescuers, our police, doctors, volunteers, utilities - all emergency services - work 24/7 to help people and preserve our infrastructure," he added.
