House Speaker Mike Johnson is aiming to get legislation passed by April. But the House and Senate have yet to agree on whether to pass Trump’s tax-cut, border security and energy proposals as one big package – which House GOP leaders want – or as two bills – the preference of some key Senate Republicans.
