3:42Now PlayingDespite plenty of research suggesting that a midday nap is beneficial to employee health and productivity, actually taking one is a logistical and social challenge. Bloomberg's Rebecca Greenfield braves the taboos to determine whether sleeping on the job is realistic by forcing herself to take naps in the middle of the Bloomberg offices. (Video by Drew Beebe, David Yim, and Rebecca Greenfield)
