Russian President Vladimir Putin told Trump he'd be willing to limit attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, but didn't agree to a full ceasefire. Trump's envoy, Steve Witkoff, believes a full ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine can be reached "in a couple of weeks" and a meeting between Trump and Putin is "likely to happen".
