The giant chipmaker that’s seen as a barometer for the revolutionary technology rallied about 3.5% after saying fiscal first-quarter sales will be about $78 billion. That compares with an average Wall Street estimate of $72.8 billion. In regular hours, equities notched their second straight day of gains, with tech shares leading the charge. Bitcoin topped $69,000. A rally in bonds stalled.
