More than 4.3 million moviegoers attended AMC Theatres in the United States and ODEON Cinemas internationally from Thursday through Sunday, led by the opening of Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey/
-LXP Industrial Trust (LXP) shares gain. Brookfield Asset Management and CPP Investments agreed to buy LXP Industrial Trust in an all-cash deal valued at ~$5.2b at $61.20 per share in cash. Deal value of ~$5.2b includes net debt and preferred equity in the transaction.
