A new bill in the NY state legislature would make it illegal for landlords to arbitrarily evict tenants and raise their rents.

BT's Kei Pritsker spoke with NY State Senator Julia Salazar about the contents of the bill as well as the powerful interests trying to stop it from getting passed.
