There is a super bad habit that we all might be guilty of and you should be aware of it NOW!
Most of us, on some area of our lives, end up giving too much explanation for things that wouldn't require such things. The worst thing is that we end up doing those things without even noticing it!
Explaining yourself itself isn't a bad thing and sometimes some explanation might be needed, even to preserve your integrity. However, when you start to explain yourself too much you end being too weak.
This is a principle you should stick to and start implementing on your life ASAP. This is the third video of a series I've done about topics such as making threats and apologizing.
