Work Hard, But Don't Put Too Much Pressure On Yourself!
Are you working hard? Good... You're doing good. But, let me ask you just one more question: How much pressure are you putting in yourself?
People say you should work hard to achieve the results you want and that is completely understandable and a good advice. However, when you start to put too much pressure on yourself things tend to get out of control. The pressure leaves you anxious and suddenly you're not productive anymore. In addition, your self-talk becomes so bad that the chances of your succeeding are near to zero.
Besides that, you forget to enjoy one of the most important things in life: life itself.
Watch this video to find out why you should work hard and how putting yourself under so much pressure will definitely lead you into failure.
