According to The Social Anxiety Insititute, "Social anxiety is the fear of interaction with other people that brings on self-consciousness, feelings of being negatively judged and evaluated, and, as a result, leads to avoidance. Social anxiety is the fear of being judged and evaluated negatively by other people, leading to feelings of inadequacy, inferiority, embarrassment, humiliation, and depression."

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself how more and more people are getting those mental disorders, especially depression, lack of energy, anxiety, and social anxiety?

People get into a mental trap in which they can't get out. They turn into slaves of their own body and life. I can tell you this because I was in this position. For a considerable amount of time, I felt trapped inside of my life because of fear and social anxiety.
