Recently, due to the fact that I'm more present on FB due to my Patreon Group and to stay in touch with my amazing community, I'm getting more in touch and spending more time on Facebook.
Recently, FB has reminded me of a memory from 7 years ago, where I worked for a company, was overweight, still had some serious problems and didn't know what I was doing with my life.
And wow... WOW! How my life has changed over these last 7 years. It has changed so much that I decided to create a video talking about that, so that I can motivate you to do the same.
Maybe, if I wanted these changes fast, I wouldn't get so far as I've now. Consistency is definitely the key in getting those major and lasting changes.
