Following a discussion on Obamacare in which it was roundly agreed the President Barack Obama misled the public, Doocy played a clip of Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testifying before Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) in March that the NSA was not collecting data on Americans, a claim proved untrue shortly thereafter by material leaked by Edward Snowden.
