The letters went out this week, according to reports from the New York Times and the New York Daily News. According to the Daily News report, Max Markson, the CEO of the firm Markson Sparks, said letters had gone out to at least 10 "major news organizations."
Markson told the Daily News more letters were being sent out.
The video showed Officer Michael Slager shooting Walter Scott several times in the back as he ran from a traffic stop on April 4. Feidin Santana said he saw the struggle between the two men and heard a Taser, so he started recording the incident."
