The Thirlwell Inquiry has been underway since September, looking into how the former nurse was able to murder or harm 14 babies at the Countess of Chester hospital. Former executives and Ms Letby lost their bid for it to be put on pause - pending the outcome of her latest challenge to her convictions.
It's also emerged last week that hospital staff are under police investigation accused of gross negligence manslaughter, although their identities are unknown.
