YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThis is contains the most important thing I have learned in the last year. For some of you, I’m sure it will be the most important video I have ever done. In order to do it justice I need to tell you some personal stuff about what has been going on in my life.
It occurred as much of life biggest learnings do, when things went wrong. Specifically, I broke up with my girlfriend of a year and a half. We loved each other and still do, but we had very very different ideas of how we wanted to live our live
At first, I felt like a zombie. And then I felt sad. And then I bawled my eyes out.
I started looking for ways to feel better after the breakup with my girlfriend and I came across something I hadn't expected: love and self-love. In short, this video is about self love, what it is, and why you need to work on it. Here are the three actions steps as discussed in the video
1. Interrupt the negative pattern with eye scrambling
2. Feed yourself self love
3. Extend that love to the person you least want to extend it to
