3:45Now PlayingThere's a lot of money to be made through business in China, right? Well, not really. There are actually a lot of dangers doing business in China. One American company was almost destroyed by the Chinese firm that they came to depend on. It's being called corporate homicide. American Superconductor made software that regulates electricity from wind turbines and their biggest client was Chinese company Sinovel, the world's second largest wind turbine company. But Sinovel paid American Superconductor employee Dejan Karabasevic to steal company secrets. Then Sinovel dropped American Supercondutor, its stocks plummeted and 60% of it's workers were laid off. CEO Daniel McGahn they were out to kill his company. Think twice before you do business in China.
