On September 19th, 2023, Officer Ray McCann was awarded $14.5 million in a settlement after the tactics used in his interrogations (ALL LINKED BELOW) were deemed unconstitutional.

This interrogation took place on April 19th 2011 Performed by Detective Bryan Fuller.
This is the full second interrogation of Officer Ray McCann where his department is really starting to focus in on his story and whereabouts on Nov. 8th 2007 where missing 11 year old Jodi Parrack was discovered based on his suggestion to look in one of the last places that hadn't been searched.
The department apparently has nobody else to focus their efforts on, so they start to get a little more aggressive with Ray McCann.
