On September 19th, 2023, Officer Ray McCann was awarded $14.5 million in a settlement after the tactics used in his interrogations (ALL LINKED BELOW) were deemed unconstitutional.
Ray McCann is suspected by his own department, these are his interrogations.

This is the FINAL Interrogation of Officer Ray McCann, and they brought in what appears to be some sort of Reid Technique Overlord to try and garner a confession. Remember, this man is INNOCENT! He and his family were put through HELL for over a decade regarding this case. The real killer was Daniel Furlong who was I believe was 57 years old at the time. He was convicted in 2015 for the death of Jodi Parrack.
It was not until December of 2017, after spending 20 months in prison for a lie he never told, about a case he had nothing to do with, that Ray McCann was released from prison. Let us know your thoughts on this case!
Ray was a reserve officer at the time, and he volunteered to help search for 11 year old Jodi Parrack who went missing on November 8th 2007. After most notable locations around town were searched, Ray recommended searching the local cemetery, where the little girl was ultimately found. She was not alive, and was SA’d… Over the next 8 years, Ray McCann would have 4 recorded interviews regarding this situation...
NOTE: Raymond McCann is INNOCENT of these crimes, and his department of deplorable human beings made his life a living hell over the course of these 8 years. He was fully exonerated and the true killer was found and convicted.
