8:58Now PlayingShelby Bradwell, who was an EMS student at the time of the incident, took the stand in the trial of Rick Chow, who is accused of shooting and killing 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton after allegedly believing the teen stole from his gas station. Bradwell testified that she was driving past the scene after the shooting when she stopped to perform CPR on Cyrus. She told the court that Rick Chow was also there assisting her with CPR efforts.
