Prosecutors allege Timothy shot Rosa four times, including twice in the head, after she left him and moved out of their home. They claim he lured her back to the house, killed her, shot the family dog, and attempted to conceal the crime by hiding her car. The family’s severely injured dog was found wandering with a gunshot wound to the mouth area and later recovered after receiving veterinary treatment.
