Two men, James and Donovan Cloud, were arrested and in custody, Monday June 10th for the White Swan Murders which took place on Saturday June 8th, in 2019. With the discovery of Josiah and John's skeletal remains, Liz believed charges would follow. That didn't happen. A plea deal was offered to James and Donovan Cloud and was taken by Donovan Cloud.
