U.S. Attorneys from the Western District of Arkansas informed the court that Duggar may have intentionally misled the court by signing a statement under penalty of perjury after missing the deadline for his motion to vacate. The government’s recent filing indicates that it is working to have his motion dismissed and may pursue additional legal action.
