1:31Now PlayingDecember 7, 2011 was the 70th Anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Over 5,000 people, including 120 military and civilian survivors of the 1941 attack, gathered at Honolulu's World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument for the 70th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony. Government and military officials spoke, including Navy Secretary Ray Mabus.
The ceremony first aired in its entirety at 8am ET Sunday, December 11, 2011, kicking off 24 hours of American History TV programming dedicated to the 70th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor.
