as posted by the channelVisit Lee-Fendall House to hear about this historic home that served as the residence to thirty-seven members of the Lee family, one of Alexandria's most prominent families. Revolutionary War hero Henry "Light Horse Harry" Lee, father of Confederate General Robert E. Lee, sold the lot to his cousin Philip Richard Fendall. The Lee family lived there from 1785 until 1903.
