In his closing press conference of the Singapore summit between the U.S. and North Korea, President Trump called North Korean leader Kim Jong Un "very talented." He also said the summit would not have happened without Otto Warmbier, the American college student who died upon returning to the U.S. in a coma after being imprisoned in North Korea. The president spoke of the potential for the withdrawal of U.S. troops stationed in South Korea, and said the U.S. would be "stopping the war games," referencing regular military exercises carried out with South Korea.
