Matt Gaetz (R-FL), concluding that it found “substantial evidence” that Gaetz while in Congress had sex with a 17-year-old girl, “regularly” paid women for sex, and used illegal drugs, including cocaine and ecstasy, in violation of state laws and House rules.
President Joe Biden commutes the sentences of 37 out of 40 inmates on federal death row to life in prison without the possibility of parole. “I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted,” President Biden said in the statement.
