Sen. Kelly: "I understand that DOD policy prohibits discussion of even 'controlled unclassified information' on unsecured devices. Are you both aware of that DOD policy?"
DNI Gabbard: "I haven't read that policy."
CIA Dir. Ratcliffe: "I'm not familiar with the DOD policy."
Following Sen. Kelly's time, Senators Cotton, Warner and King have an exchange on the chat and classified materiel.
Sen. Cotton: "They testified...that there's no intelligence community classified information, is that correct?"
Ratcliffe: "That's correct."
Gabbard: "Yes."
Sen. King: "That's not correct! She said repeatedly there's nothing classified. Period."
Sen. Warner: "Period."
