It’s now proven that Democrats/DOJ kept this information secret for a LONG TIME - they knew about these classified documents BEFORE the Mid-Term elections in November 2022 - and knew about them while they were assembling a ‘special counsel’ for Trump’s classified documents.
It’s important to note that PRESIDENTS can declassify - VICE PRESIDENTS cannot.
Now that Garland has announced that there will be a ‘special counsel’ for Biden’s document fiasco, the fact remains that the media, Democrats and the DOJ has definitely treated this “D” differently.
Andy talks about the legal differences/similarities with Trump’s vs Biden’s classified documents - and based on the history of the DOJ being politically partisan, only time will tell how this all plays out.
Andy also talks with Dana on whether impeachment is an option - he predicts this story will go dark, they will try to bury the story, using the ‘investigation’ as a shield to prevent them from ‘taking about it’ - hoping the story eventually dies.
