In the ORIGINAL plea deal, Hunter was going to plead GUILTY to a couple of misdemeanors which would have given him immunity in other charges (FARA violations/gun+4473 violations), which was then probed, and eventually rejected which prompted Hunter to plead NOT GUILTY.

Will there be a new trial? And if so, will these 2 misdemeanor tax charges be the only thing to address in court? The Biden Justice Dept. is ensuring that the statutes of limitations could run out on most - if not all of these charges - which is just ANOTHER example of the two-tiered justice system when Democrats are in charge.
