She reveals the little known history that the fighting over supreme court justices was started by the Democrats over Ronald Reagan’s nominee Robert Bork and continued with their preventing the appointment of Miguel Estrada, and the ending of the filibuster by Harry Reid. Megyn also discusses why it’s important for her to not see herself as being a victim.
