12:27Now PlayingPete Hegseth is dodging accountability for six dead American soldiers. A decorated combat veteran asked him the question he refuses to answer, and the Defense Secretary of the United States got reduced to a frightened child on live television.
SPECIAL HIGHLIGHT — Tonight's clip is a curated highlight from a prior livestream. Full episode link below.
Six US Army Reserve soldiers were killed at the port of Shuybah in southern Kuwait. More than thirty were wounded. The drone defense at the base was, in the words of a soldier who survived it, in the "none category." The Defense Secretary's response to that testimony was to call the soldiers liars.
Congressman Pat Ryan is a West Point graduate, two combat tours in Iraq, two Bronze Stars. He asked Pete Hegseth — a weekend morning television host who got the job because he looked the part — to explain how six American soldiers ended up dead at a base with no drone defense. Hegseth could not. He raised his voice. He attacked the question. He attacked the soldiers who survived. And then a grown man who has never seen combat tried to lecture a combat veteran about war.
This is what a war criminal looks like when somebody asks him a real question.
Pete Hegseth is a fascist. He should be arrested under the War Crimes Act of 1996, US Code 2441. That is not a metaphor. That is the law.
