The 33 year old mother of 3 is accused of killing her husband of 9 years, 39 year old Eric Richins on March 3rd, of 2022 by poisoning him with a lethal dose of fentanyl. The State has recently added a new charge of attempted aggravated murder as it alleges that Richins had attempted to the same thing just a few weeks prior to Eric's death. The nooks and crannies of this case are so warped that it will blow your mind, as in May of 2022 Kouri appeared on the show Good Things Utah to promote her children's book "Are you here with Me?" which she wrote to help her own children cope with the death of their father. That, believe it or not only scratches the surface as this case is a twisting, winding road of greed and betrayal.
Join us today as we will cover Richin's Motion to DQ the Prosecution, which Richin's will be arguing PRO SE as her former lawyer Skye Lazarro and the rest of her team withdrew citing irreconcilable differences with their client. This is going to be interesting!
