Update from Siversk Front: Rumors are going viral that the Ukrainian forces are now withdrawal from Bilohorivka (Luhansk). But why is this happening?

Its all to do with the developments on the opposite end of the Siversk Front, over on the capture of Mykolaivka and Sakko i Vantsetti by the Russian forces.
