Norbes is friends with Hollow, and while he was disappointed that a business agreement wasn't able to be made on the Smack/URL stage for the battle, he was very happy that Hollow is getting the chance to finally go barforbar with Loaded Lux. In terms of the battle's outcome, Norbes believes that Hollow will defeat Lux, because his battle style is too versatile and will allow him to adapt to any situation that the battle brings him.
