He detailed a battle he had with a fellow inmate who was well respected lyrically, but John's Battle Rap bars were too much for him, and he won 6 soups off of that battle.
He also detailed his past coming up in Yonkers as a child battling, and then doing the same when he moved to Atlanta. He transferred schools for his senior year in high school, and explained how he made a name for himself on the third day of school by battling a popular student in the cafeteria. He ended by speaking about his friendship with Bow Wow dating back many years to when they were both teenagers in Atlanta.
