After speaking about Vivid having a mandatory condom rule in place when they first started, Hirsch explains that he wasn't comfortable with the testing available back then, but adds that testing is much safer and frequent today. He then opens up about Vivid's lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Health Department in opposition to Measure B, which requires all actors wear condoms for scenes.
