He added that no business gets big overnight, and he pointed out the hundreds of thousands of Tidal subscribers.
During the "Financial Juneteenth" segment, Dr. Watkins said that "Tidal is a little bit late to the game," and he compared listeners leaving another streaming service for Tidal to a person leaving their partner for another mate. He also questioned why there has never been an all-Beyonce streaming service, which Watkins believes would do extremely well, considering her fanbase.
