The former Governor of Illinois explains that the reason why he chose to testify is because he was innocent--something he maintains to this very day. Lastly, he talks about why he chose to address the media upon learning he was going to serve prison time. Lastly, he shares what it was like to do a bid in a maximum security prison with notoriously dangerous gangsters.
