The Baton Rouge native states his belief that he had been targeted numerous times by the police before openly admitting that he offered to pay one of the police officers on scene double the amount of his salary to come and work for him. He also offered for the police officer the opportunity to receive oral sex from a Black woman. This ignited a friendly discussion between Boosie and DJ Vlad about whether or not there is a difference between receiving oral sex from a Black woman and females of other races.
