In this clip, Meghann Cuniff talked about Kelsey, a key witness in Tory Lanez's trial, apparently changing her testimony between her initial police interview and her appearance on the stand. In her earlier police interview, she had clearly identified Tory as a shooter. While on the stand, however, she did not want to repeat her accusations. Viewing her reluctance as cold feet, prosecutors allowed the jury to hear the original interview uninterrupted, which did not favor Tory's case. Speculation arose about potential bribery when Kelsey couldn't recall who paid for her lawyer, promoting gossip about Tory possibly funding it. Despite these implications and Kelsey’s altered testimony, it was stressed that witnesses often recant or change their stories during court proceedings. The speculation could not prove any wrongdoing and the case continued, putting into sharp relief the issue of courtroom credibility.
