Charli Baltimore, a paralegal and single mother of two from Philadelphia, discusses her life growing up and her relationship with legendary rapper, Biggie Smalls. Despite her circumstances, she managed to complete her high school education, earn an Associate's degree and secure a stable source of income to support her two daughters. Charli shared her first encounter with Biggie at one of his concerts in Philadelphia where the two exchanged phone numbers in between taking photos of each other. She recalls how they kept in touch through frequent phone calls before transitioning into a romantic relationship when she flew to LA to meet Biggie during his show. Interestingly, Charli admitted that she was more of a Wu-Tang and Onyx fan and was not diehard about Tupac or Biggie's music.
