In this clip, DJ Envy recalls his adventure to become the owner of a 1988 BMW E30 M3, a car that once boasted prestige in his neighborhood. After spotting the car being sold in Boston while he was DJing in Queens, he embarked on a late-night, four-hour drive to purchase. After obtaining it in a much-deteriorated state, he took to Instagram to find someone who could restore the car. This search led him to Vin from Long Island, who successfully revived the car to its original design without replacing any elements. The only alterations made to the vintage vehicle were a wrap and tinted glass. The car was purchased for approximately $15,000 to $20,000, but according to Envy, its value has since escalated to about $100,000. The M3 is now one of his favorite cars, and it became a crowd favorite at car shows after he wrapped it in a vibrant green.
